1. Privacy
1.1. Private life
While using the Services, you may send content to Evey (including your personal data and that of third parties), or third parties may send you content through the Services (the foregoing will be referred to as your "Content"). ").
We know that by sending us your Content, you are trusting us to treat it correctly. Evey will treat your Content as confidential, and will use and disclose it only in accordance with these Terms (including Evey's privacy policies). However, your Content is not considered confidential if: (a) it is or becomes public (other than through Evey's breach of these Terms); (b) it was lawfully known to Evey before you communicated to her; (c) it is provided by a third party to Evey who has no knowledge of any breach of any obligation to you; (d) it is shared when migrating your account to an organization's Enterprise account, if your account is registered with a professional email address within that organization; or (e) it was independently developed by Evey without reference to your content. Evey will store and process your Content in accordance with industry standards for security. Evey has implemented appropriate technical, organizational and administrative systems, policies and procedures to help ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of your Content and to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access or use. of your Content.
In the event that a "Security Incident" is brought to the attention of Evey, namely unauthorized or illegal access to personal data associated with your account, or their acquisition, alteration, use, disclosure or destruction, Evey will take the reasonable measures to inform you as soon as possible, in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. 2. Your Content

and all intellectual property rights relating to your Content. Evey does not claim ownership of your Content. These Terms do not give us any license or rights to your Content, except for the limited rights we need to provide the Services to you and as otherwise described herein.
2.2. Limited License to Use Your Content
You grant Evey a universal, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, public display and exploitotherwise use your Content, but only for the limited purposes of providing the Services and in accordance with Evey's privacy policies. This limited license survives even after you stop using our Services, with respect to aggregated and de-identified data from your Content and any residual backup copies of your Content made in the normal course of Evey's business. . This license also extends to trusted third parties with whom we work as necessary to provide the Services to you.
2.3. Customer list
Evey may identify you (by your name or logo) as one of its customers for the Evey Services and any other promotional material. Any additional customers resulting from the use of your name or logo will be a benefit to you.

Evey respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. If you believe that an Evey user is infringing your intellectual property rights, you can contact Evey support. Claims of copyright infringement must follow the DMCA procedure set forth in these Terms or any other equivalent procedure available under local law.
3. Evey Intellectual Property

Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services grants you ownership of the Services or any content you access through the Services (other than your Content). Except as expressly authorized by Evey, these Terms do not grant you any right to use Evey's trademarks or other brand components.
4. User Content
4.1. User Content
The Services display content provided by third parties that is not owned by Evey. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. Therefore, you are responsible for your own Content, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use such Content in connection with the Services. You acknowledge that, as part of its legal obligations, Evey may be required to review certain content submitted to the Services to determine its legality or any possible breach of these Terms (such as in cases where illegal content is reported to us) . We may also edit content, make it inaccessible, remove it or refuse to display it if we believe it violates the law or these Terms. However, Evey has no other obligation to monitor or verify content submitted to the Services.

In its Services, Evey may publish links to websites operated by third parties. Evey does not claim to have verified such third-party websites, and accepts no responsibility for such sites or their content. Trademarks appearing in connection with the Services are the property of their respective owners.
5. Account Management
5.1. Protecting your password
When Evey opens an account for you to use the Services, you are responsible for protecting your password and all other identifiers used to access the account in question. You alone, and not Evey, are responsible for the activities that take place on your account (other than activities for which Evey is directly responsible and which are not carried out in accordance with your instructions), whether or not they are authorized. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Evey immediately. Accounts must not be shared and can only be used by one natural person.
5.2. Update contact details
Evey occasionally sends notifications to the email address associated with your account. You are therefore invited to keep your email address and, if applicable, your personal details as well as your bank details up to date so that they are always accurate.
5.3. Backups
You are responsible for keeping your Content current, protecting it and making backups of it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evey cannot be held liable for any storage failure, loss or damage to your Content.
5.4. Account inactivity
Evey reserves the right to terminate your account and remove content if there is no account activity (e.g. login or payment) for more than12 months. However, we will try to notify you by email before terminating your account: you can then log in to keep it active.
6. User Requirements
6.1. Legal status
As a natural person, you can only use the Services if you have the power to enter into a contract with Evey. If you do not have the authority to enter into a contract, you may not use the Services. If you are not an individual, you warrant that you are duly incorporated, have legal existence under the laws of your jurisdiction of incorporation, have the necessary powers and authority to accept these Terms and have duly empowered your agent to agree to these Terms.
6.2. Minors
Individuals under the age of 13 are considered “Minors” (this age limit may be higher in some countries). The Services are not intended for use by Minors. If you are a minor in your place of residence, you cannot use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not a minor.
6.3. Embargoes
You may only use the Services if nothing prohibits you from doing so under applicable laws. If you are located in a country that is embargoed by the United States or prohibited by any other applicable law from benefiting from the Services, or if you are on the list of unauthorized persons or entities of the U.S. Department of Commerce, or the list of the U.S. Treasury Department of specifically designated nationals, you are prohibited from purchasing Services from Evey. You will ensure that: (a) your end users do not use the Services in violation of any restriction or embargo of the United States, and (b) you do not provide access to the Services to persons or entities present on the aforementioned lists.
7. The Information Evey Technologies Collects
User-provided Information: You may provide to Evey Technologies what is generally called "personal information" in the USA and elsewhere or "personal data" in the European Union (such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile telephone number, credit card number and billing information) if you register for a evey.live, or upload or download certain content or products from evey.live, enter contests or sweepstakes, or otherwise use the features and functionality of evey.live.
"Automatically Collected" Information: When you access evey.live or open one of our HTML emails, we may automatically record certain information from your system by using cookies and other types of tracking tools. This "automatically collected" information may include Internet Protocol address (" IP Address "), a unique user ID, device type, device identifiers, browser types and language, referring and exit pages, platform type, version of software installed, system type, the content and pages that you access on the Evey Technologies, the number of clicks, the amount of time spent on pages, the dates and times that you visit the Evey Technologies, and other similar information. We may also obtain information from third parties such as social media or social network platforms regarding your use of such services, including information about your use of the content you choose to broadcast through evey.live. If we combine or associate information from other sources with personal information that we collect through evey.live, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you access your Evey Technologies account through a third-party connection or log-in (like Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn), Evey Technologies receives and stores information about your account from that service for authentication purposes. This information could include your email address, username, user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), profile picture, and any other basic account info you've made publicly available. Additionally we may store your Facebook friends list and LinkedIn connections to recommend others to you or to recommend your account or content to others. You should always review and adjust your privacy settings on third-party services you have permitted to access your account, like Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. You may also revoke the access to individual services by visiting a corresponding third party service page. If you unlink your third party account, we will no longer receive information collected about you in connection with that service, but you'll be unable to access your Evey Technologies account through that third-party service.
8. The Way Evey Technologies Uses Information
If you submit personally identifiable information to us through evey.lives, we use your personal information to operate, maintain and provide to you the general and personalised features and functionality of evey.live and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific programme or feature for which you will have the ability to opt in or opt out. However, We may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major evey.live changes or for customer service purposes).

We use cookies and log file information to: monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions and status in promotions or other activities.

9. When Evey Technologies Discloses Information
Evey Technologies does not share your personal information with other organizations for their own marketing or promotional uses without your prior express consent.
Evey Technologies may disclose Automatically Collected and other aggregate non-personal information with interested third parties to assist such parties in understanding the usage and demographic patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, or other functionality of Evey Technologies.
We may disclose both personal and non-personal information to service providers working on our behalf to: provide web site hosting, maintenance, and security services; fulfill orders; analyze data and create reports; offer certain functionality; and assist Evey Technologies in improving the Evey Technologies and creating new services features. We will notify you of these disclosures if we reasonably think we can do so legally and without harming the purpose of the disclosure.
10. Your Choices
You may, of course, refuse to submit personally identifiable information through evey.live.
However Evey Technologies features may, for authentication purposes, require you to sign up. The privacy notices of those services govern the use of your personal information associated with them.
You may update or correct your personal profile information and email preferences at any time by visiting your account profile page.
11. How Evey Technologies Uses Cookies
Like many other sites on the Internet, Evey Technologies uses cookies—small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. Evey Technologies uses cookies and collects IP addresses and other automatically collected information in order to better facilitate the services provided to you, and to collect non-personal aggregate data for marketing and research purposes. Any data you transmit to Evey Technologies is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by any breach of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
13. Delete Account Data
If you would like to delete all data associated with your account, mail us with request on support@evey.live. This action is irreversible.
