SMU Foundation is a Tunisian non-profit association founded in 2018 by the South Mediterranean University (SMU-Group MSB, MedTech and LCI).
Its aim is to promote and support the development of youth through the funding of student scholarships, research projects as well as employability and capacity building initiatives.
Our objective is to open our programs to the community and to as many people as possible.

She is a Industrial Pharmacist, Plant Manager at Laboratoires Adwya, E-MBA honoris UNITED, 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Quality, Production, Maintenance, energy efficiency, HSE, CSR, etc.)
TERIAK employed her as Industrial Site Director Jebel Ouest, Industrial Operations Director, Pharmacist Production Director, Quality Control Pharmacist, and Quality Assurance Pharmacist after she graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Monastir.

She Has a Software Engineer degree from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis.
She has spent the last 24 years of her life as a Senior Manager inside corporate organizations in the telecommunications, retail, and industrial sectors, dealing with positions of great importance such as Board Member, Head of Transformation, Chief HR Officer, Corporate PMO, and Head of Pre-sales.
She has also had the opportunity to work as an HR Director in prestigious industries.

A results-oriented HR professional with over 18 years of experience within leading organizations covering a number of countries across the MENA region. My expertise includes various HR and people functions, change management, strategy, organizational design & analysis. Highly committed to deliver strategic objectives by developing human capital through effective people strategies, programs and processes.

She got her diploma from IHEC Carthage.
She is the CSR Director at VERMEG for Banking and Insurance Software. Previously, she was the HR & V.Academy Director HR Director at the same firm, in addition to: Business Consultant at BFI Group SPPI Venture Capital's Junior Financial Analyst.

Axe Finance provides Credit Process Automation and Risk Analytics solutions to a wide range of credit institutions (banks, leasing companies, micro-credit, islamic finance...). Our solutions allow our clients to more effectively manage the credit life cycle, to optimise firm-wide credit and risk processes and to enable better informed credit origination and risk management decisions.

Fatma Kallel is university professor,and an entrepreneur and communication trainerwith a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Management and Internationalization Savings from the Faculty of Economics and Management in Sfax, Tunisia, and a master's degree in international trade from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Tunis, Tunisia.
Fatma holds a Certificate in Project Management as well as a Certificate in European Communication.

Fadwa Bouguerra is a PhDc in Trauma studies in Literature and Cognitive studies with a concentration on confessional poetry, life narratives and storytelling. She is a Tunisian female activist and women’s rights advocate. Fadwa is the Vice President and executive member of International Institute of Debate in charge of communication and development. She received her MA degree in American Literature with a concentration on women’s and gender studies from University of Kairouan. 

Talent Acquisition Manager and Group Training and Development Manager at Indigo Company.
He also held several positions in the same company, including group training and development manager, talent acquisition manager, and human resources manager. He holds a certificate of trainers Level 1, 2, and 3 Speaker, Efficient, and Designer from N. Training, as well as a certificate of Training of trainers from MRC International people training.

University professor in Entrepreneurship in Health, she is at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and Research with 15 years of experience in biological scientific research and in the management of Biotech and startups.

Graduated with a master’s degree in physiopathology and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, associated with university teaching at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in France, a Postdoc in Oncology and Metabolic Diseases at McGill University in Canada.

Chartered accountant, holder of certificates in "International Corporate Finance" and "Corporate Strategy" from HEC Paris, he capitalizes on more than 20 years of experience spent in the Management and Administration of Companies in a heterogeneous cultural environment and open internationally. He has held positions of responsibility in administrative and financial departments in innovative companies and for more than 5 years managed an R&D company, based in France, ..
