The African Leadership Conference and Awards is an annual event, structured and designed to equip, empower, inspire and share proven leadership principles to the participants and emerging leaders needed for their leadership journey. The aim/purpose, mission, and vision of the conference are to be a platform that raises servant, value-based and transformational leaders, and prepares every participant for great leadership, through the practical teachings that will be shared by the national and international guests, speakers and the delegates

The African Leadership Conference and Awards (ALCA2022) is a platform for raising value-based and transformative leaders. This is 4th Edition of the conference and this year Theme is titled: "Beyond Leadership".
