The Mediterranean School of Business (MSB) was the first school of the South Mediterranean University (SMU) to be founded. Capitalizing on the rapid pace of technological changes and the growing need of executives for programs to upgrade their managerial skills, MSB started its activities in 2004 by organizing a part-time Executive MBA (EMBA) in a rented space and taught by professors from top-ranked business schools (MIT, The University of Chicago, The University of Maryland, and others).
