METAVERSE TUNISIAN SUMMIT

The Metaverse Tunisian Summit is the first of its kind 3-day Summit that will take place on the 25th, 26th, and  27th of November 2022 in Medina Hotel Hammamet. It will tackle emerging technologies, namely: Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, XR technologies, Blockchain, Gaming, and NFTs.
MTS features conferences, keynotes, and panel discussions held by national and international speakers, workshops that will provide you with a hands-on experience on Metaverse technologies, a Hackathon where participants will receive adequate mentorship to bring their ideas to life while competing to win prizes valued at 9000DT+ in total, and finally a startup fair to enable start-ups working in this field to present themselves and allow participants to witness live use cases of metaverse technologies and dive into immersive experiences.

Dr. Yu Yuan, IEEE Board Director-Elect and IEEE Standards Association President-Elect, is a visionary researcher, inventor, practitioner, and entrepreneur in the areas of Consumer Technology, Multimedia/VR/AR, Connected/Automated Vehicles, IoT, and Digital Transformation. He co-founded VerseMaker, a metaverse enabling platform facilitating global collaboration and innovation on the metaverse by information exchange, expert network, and investment. He founded 0xSenses Corporation .

Samia Chelbi is a university teacher  who has more than 25 years of experience in different fields which are tightly linked to creative technologies.
The founder of the first school of 3D, animation and video Game in North Africa for more than a decade. she contributed forward in the progress of this industry in Tunisia and Africa.


He is a developer,coach and instructor Virtual reality and augmented reality using Unreal Engine at digiart living lab. 
He has been trained at digiart living lab since 2018. He is currently part of digiart living lab innovation lab specializing in Virtual and augmented reality .

Early in life, I served as Chairman of the House Education Committee in the Iowa House of Representatives and passed the largest technology funding bill in state history. More recently, I chaired the YPO Technology Network for two years. Today, I am working to create a place for virtual reality curriculum in schools. Soufiane is a blockchain engineer and Web3 architect who spent the last two years as a consultant for big DEX and Web3 protocols, because DeFi as he says is not something you can learn at school. He founded multiple start-ups both in Europe and Africa. His ambition is to make DeFi accessible to everyone.
