Company Program is INJAZ Tunisia’s flagship program; it enables higher education students to experience the full cycle of setting up and running their own enterprise through a dynamic 12-week business simulation program.

Youth organize themselves into management teams, select a business idea, raise capital, prepare a business plan, market and sell their product or service. The program culminates in annual National competition “Les Entrepreneurs de Demain” that gathers all the qualified junior companies of the local competitions, where they compete to win three major awards :

• Best Company of the Year
• Best Innovation
• Best Social Impact

It is for the judging committee to evaluate 3 main criteria during the competition:

• The Company Report
• The Company Public Presentation
• The Interview with the Company Executive Committee.

Exceptionally this year, the participants from 16 different institutions will compete online for the 11th National Competition, via Evey platform on October 15, 2020 and the Best Company of the year will be announced on the Ceremony Awards on October 17, 2020. This ceremony will be the celebration of the work of the participant teams and the awards recognition for the most talented one. This event culminates in the qualification of one junior company that will represent Tunisia at the Regional Young Entrepreneurs Competition which usually takes place in one of INJAZ MENA member Nations, and which will take place this year online in December 2020.
